No Waiting — Applies Both Directions

In plain English

The same waiting restriction applies in both directions — but loading restrictions may differ.

What it means

Where both directions of a road have the same waiting restriction, a single plate with a double-headed arrow is used. However, any loading restriction panel on the same plate applies only in the direction of the white panel's arrow — not necessarily both directions. A transverse mark may separate different loading conditions.
