Electric Vehicle Charging Bay
In plain English
Reserved for electric vehicles that are actively charging — petrol/diesel cars must not park here.
What it means
EV charging bays are reserved for plug-in electric vehicles that are connected to and actively using the charger. Many councils issue PCNs for non-EVs parked here, or for EVs that have stopped charging but remain in the bay. Time limits and operating hours are shown on the sign.
