This bay is reserved exclusively for holders of a valid resident parking permit during the controlled hours shown on the sign. Outside these times any vehicle may park. The permit is issued by the local authority and is zone-specific — a permit from a different zone will not be valid here. Parking without a valid permit during controlled hours risks a Penalty Charge Notice.
