Anyone may park here for up to 1 hour during the controlled hours. No return within 1 hour after leaving.
What it means
This bay on a red route permits general parking for a maximum of 1 hour during the controlled hours shown. Once you leave the bay you must not return to it for at least 1 hour — parking again immediately after your ticket or stay expires would be a violation. Outside the controlled hours, normal red route rules apply to the carriageway, but the bay itself is unrestricted and any vehicle may park.
