Red routes
Red Route Bay
In plain English
A marked bay on a red route — allowed for specific uses (loading, disabled, taxis) at specific times shown.
What it means
On red routes, bays marked with red lines are only available part of the time the red route applies. White-lined bays are available at all times the route applies. The upright sign shows exactly who may use the bay and when — typically combinations of loading/unloading, disabled badge holders, or taxis. Read the sign facing you very carefully as different time panels apply to different users.
