Permit Holders or 4-Hour Parking — With Event Day Extension

Illustration only — times shown may differ from your sign.

In plain English

Permit holders or 4-hour max stay Mon–Fri. On event days, controls extend into the evening and cover Saturday and Sunday too.

What it means

During standard controlled hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), permit holders may park without a time limit while anyone else is limited to a maximum stay of 4 hours with no return within 4 hours. On event days, the restriction extends: Monday to Friday the controlled period runs until 8:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday are also controlled from 11am to 4:30pm. Permit holders continue to park without a time limit during the extended event-day hours, while non-permit holders remain subject to the 4-hour maximum and no-return rule. Outside all controlled periods, parking is free for anyone.
