Permit holders can park without a time limit during controlled hours; others are limited to a maximum stay with a no-return period.
What it means
During controlled hours, permit holders may park without a time restriction. Non-permit holders may also use this bay but are subject to a maximum stay and must not return within the stated period after leaving. Residents are guaranteed a space during controlled hours while empty bays are open to anyone else. Outside controlled hours there is no restriction.
