Permit / Resident bays
Permit Holders or Pay by Phone
In plain English
Either display a valid resident permit or pay by phone during the controlled hours. A maximum stay and no-return period applies to non-permit holders.
What it means
This bay is available to both permit holders and general visitors during the controlled hours. Permit holders display their permit and park free with no time limit. Anyone else must pay by phone quoting the location code shown on the sign. Paying visitors are subject to the maximum stay shown — you cannot simply re-pay to extend your stay, because a no-return period applies once your time expires. Outside the controlled hours, parking is free for anyone.
