Pay & Display / Pay-by-phone
Pay by Phone
In plain English
Cashless parking — pay via the app or phone number on the sign, no ticket to display.
What it means
Many councils have replaced paper Pay-and-Display tickets with phone payment systems like RingGo, JustPark or PayByPhone. The sign shows the location code you must enter when paying. There's no ticket to display — enforcement officers check by number plate. Watch the location code carefully: paying for the wrong bay won't protect you from a PCN.
