What it means
This loading bay is reserved for commercial goods vehicles actively loading or unloading during the controlled hours. A maximum stay of 20 minutes applies — staying longer than needed for genuine loading is not permitted and risks a Penalty Charge Notice. After leaving, the vehicle must not return to the same bay for at least 1 hour. Private cars cannot use this bay even for genuine loading. Outside the displayed hours the bay reverts to general use.
