What it means
This bay is exclusively for licensed electric taxis that are connected to and actively using the recharging point. Standard diesel or petrol taxis, private hire vehicles, and all other vehicles are excluded. These bays are being rolled out across city centres as taxi fleets move to electric vehicles.
